The legendary story begins with Zeus' victory over the Titans and ascension to the throne of Olympus.
The goddesses of Olympus are like blossoming flowers, vying for attention with their vibrant hues. All wars start here as well; they are jealous of the goddess who has many privileges and great beauty. Jealousy is the source of all evil, with increasing envy resulting in goddess civil wars.
Hera, Zeus's wife, was jealous of Hestia, the nest goddess. Because Zeus has a flirty personality and Hera believes Hestia works diligently to foster family happiness for the whole world, such a loving lady will eventually attract Zeus' attention. Hera must create a strategy to eliminate Hestia. Hera, with Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena, Demeter, and Eos, fought secret wars against Hestia and other goddesses like Persephone, Seleme, Styx, and even Medusa.
The war of the goddesses is every bit as terrifying as Zeus's struggle with the Titans. For nothing is more terrible than a woman's heart. Which faction is right and which is evil is difficult to discern. People must suffer catastrophes.
